Our Last Week of High School..

I cannot believe my High school career is over. It feels like if i were walking to my freshman classes, i blink and my senior year is over. I really dont know what to say, but all i can say, is i will sure miss it. When i first started of my senior year, i couldnt wait for this year to be over. But now, i ont want it too,, im afraid, and nervous, and dont know what to expect from the "real world". Its week of senior finals, i hope all goes well! :/

first dayyyy back,

Today was a horrible first day back.  I was so used to waking up at eleven on ten, and having to wake up at six, was so hard. Well the good thing is thirty more days left of high school, cant wait till i get my diploma! but first have to take care of whats left of my classes. good luck to me and the rest or class 2011!

well today was our first dayyy of presentations on education. I realyy enjoyed them, especially the group that played out a little puppet show. It did bring the idea to life. Well itll be my groups turn to present tomorrow, hope it goes well!

stupid rain

I dont understand how people like this rainy weather, it just makes everything that much harder!!! and i get sick!!!! I hate rain -___- But then again, we need rain, we need it for our forest, or animals, for our grass. So i guess its on eof those bitter sweet things : /

class discussion EDUCATION

At todays discussions, i kind of sat back a little more this time, why? Well because i was really confused, on weather i was for it, or against it. At first i thought education was actually pretty good, but after we watched the videos in class, i started to think about how schools, and teachers really are. SO i decided to listen to what other people had to say, and i know think, that the public school program, has faiked us in some way, weather its not pushing us as much, or teaching us the right materials. I think the biggest problem, or where the problem starts is when we are at the middle school level, they dont educate us  or motivate us enough. Which isnt that a teachers job?

Red cross at Dogers Stadium

Today at the Dogers Stadium, from 5pm - 7pm, The American Red Cross Japan Tsunami Fund will  be held today at Dodger Stadium and the Laugh Factory.
I think this is a a wonderfull thing that they are doing. Japan is in a horrible positionm they lost moslty everything. And any little help would be amazing help to Japan.

New york high school student accused of acid attack.!!

 – A New York City high school student wascharfed on Thursday for trying to burn a classmate's eyes with acid during chemistry class, Zhanna Smsarian, 16 years old, of Brooklyn is accused of approaching Albina Eshimbaeva, 15 years old, from behind and pouring a some of hydrochloric acid on her hair and face.Eshimbaeva reported her face and head were burning, and she was taken for emergency burn treatment at a  hospital. Details of her condition was not available.According to court records, Smsarian told police she dumped the acid on Eshimbaeva with the intention of burning her eyes out.

Police say the two girls were friends but had some sort of ongoing arguments.
Smsarian was accused on Thursday of two felony assault charges and a misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a weapon. Her attorney could not be immediately reached for comment.

This video to me is very interesting. So far by watching the video, i have a different opinion on our public school education, and its not good!

a second chance...

I can truly say God is giving us second chance. After loosing yesterday, i thought our season was over.
But my coach then called me saying we play valley tomorrow for the tie breaker. Oh man! So tomorrow is the day. 3:15 at our home fields. wish us good luck!!

idk what to title this blog...

Well day started off not so good, because of the wind. Then i was told about what happened yesterday, when a sophomore from norte vista high school was hit by a train. That was something unbelievable to me. My thoughts and prayers to the girls' family.
   Today was my last high school soccer game. It was an unforgettable one. We lost 1-0 to valley. We should have one..but things happen for a reason. I was also injured, i got hit in the jaw and in pain:/.. and i was unable to finish the game, which really sucks. I wish i could have finished playing. Well i wish i could be playing another year at La sierra, but everything comes to an end. I had such a wonderfully experience. From the coaching, to the players. Everything was great. Palo!!!! your an amazing person, your a great coach on and off the field!!! thank you for those 3 years of coaching!!! wont forget you:")I love you girls!

Game against rancho was a success

yay!we won 5-1 against rancho verde today. goals were made by Kim, Emily, and Meranda.This was my second to last high school game. My last game is on Wednesday. its unbelievable how time went by. I still remember sitting in my freshman classes. Well lets not get all sad... If we win on Wednesday, we most likely will advance to CIF.

I'm not only terrified for the reporters, but also for the Innocent people in Egypt, whom are trying to stay away from all of this. I really hope, and wish all of this chaos will soon be over!

Health Care Discussion on 1/27

Our discussion in class on friday was interesting. Although most of us were a bit shy, what was said made me think more about the health care plan. I had a abigger interest in the health care. At first i was for health care but now, im undecided. What i liked the most about the class discussion was being able to hear other people's opinion. It opens ones mind to other ideas. So basically you have to go to class ready with your opinon, and be open mided. I enjoyed our discussion, and im looking foward to the next one.

why is it that we loose to a team that is no where near our level of skill?
i really dont understand.But i guess uts true, you win some, you loose some.

Obama's speech

After hearing Obama's speech, i really felt like he is going to make a change for the better. He made good point's and talked about important issues the goverment must take care of. But after talking about with my parents, we all agreed on one thing, SEEIN GIS BELIEVEING. So untill we see a change for the better, will i say Obama did well. I know it wont be easy, but i do have faith in him.

high school is coming to an end.

Today i had an ortho appointment, and i went in like always,  not excited, just wanting to leave, but boy when i left, it was a different story.When i sat in the chair, the doctor started to talk to me, and he asked questions about high school, and how it was, what was my favorite part, and he kept asking me questions in past tense. In my head, i was like "ummm why the questions"?. He made me realize, its over. WE HAVE FOUR MONTHS,  and feburary isnt even a full month. Man Has it gone by quick.All i can think about is, what is life like after high school?

How is health care in the U.S?

After watching the video in class, it made me question alot, about the health care we have here in the states.I personally thought the U.S had a wonderfull health care, in fact the best. But after watching the video, im very dissapointed, in fact im upset. The biggest question i have is "does the U.S care about our health, or about our money, and how much they get?". Because in countries like Tiawan, the hospitals are loosing money, because they perffer their citizens to have all the care they need, FOR FREE, then citazins not having money to get health care.Another thing that amazes me is the fact that in Japan, the japanese visit the docs office three times more than we do, and they can go in, whenever, no appointment,and can get whatever help they need. and as well dont pay a single penny, and they live a longer life spans and lower infant mortality than americans. Call me crazy, but when i compare, what we have to other countries, curruption comes to my head. It may sound to good to be true what other countries universal health care is like, but its working.

Shooting at high school in Los Angeles

Today in LA there was a shooting in  high school. Two 15 year old students were shot, and are found in critical condition.I am amazed how the student was able to get the gun on campus,when the school has detectors,and every student is checked before they get on campus.
